Sony made official listing of Xperia Z Ultra under coming soon label on it’s global website and just now Xperia Z Ultra white papers have been made available. Xperia Z Ultra will be available in 3 different variants. Sony has not released Xperia Z Ultra manual pdf / User manual guide yet but the White Paper pdf has been released just now.
